There is 700 + sq ft of living space with 2 lanais . 15000 BTU window AC was recently installed in living room and cools entire space.

This condo sits above Kalapaki Bay with stunning views of the ocean and harbor. You can watch the surf from your lanais! This spot is ideal! It is a large end unit with 3 lanais and is close to the pool, barbeques, and athletic courts with pickleball and tennis. It's a short walk to Kalapaki Beach with swimming, surfing, paddling and restaurants and shops. You will be near Costco and Safeway. It is centrally located so you can enjoy the rest of the island easily.
