Quiet villa with pool

The house is located near the center of Sítio da Nazaré. You can use the famous elevator that is about 500 meters from the house and will take you to Nazaré beach, enjoying a magnificent view of the town. From the house, you can see the sea from the north beach (North Canyon). It has good lighting, comfortable beds and the kitchen is very well equipped and the house is located in a quiet area. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups.

A private pool area is showcased with a spacious heated pool glistening under the sun. Two large umbrellas provide shade over six sun loungers. The villa's exterior features large sliding glass doors, offering seamless access to the indoor living space.

Home with a view. And what a view! "Wow" was our only word when we entered the house for the first time, & every time since. The blue of the ocean & sky jump inside through the windows. It was love at first sight! The house was designed to feature the view & to be comfortable, whether you are indoors or outside. With a private pool & ample outdoor patio space, a quiet beach down the hill, & the towns of Nazare & Sao Martinho do Porto each 7 km away, a fabulous holiday is right here!

Unique Villa with sea view of Nazare

In the middle of the Silver Coast lies this vacation villa near Nazaré. It has an unforgettable view of the Atlantic Ocean. In a special place, high up in the middle of nature and dunes. This villa will offer you a wonderful vacation experience with the "Atlantic observatory" as its speciality: this is a wonderful place in the house to, watch all the movements on the sea. Look at the harbor and the beach, Sitio with the ford and the canyon that makes the biggest waves in the world.

A spacious living area is furnished with a dark blue sectional sofa and two light-colored wicker chairs. Large glass doors provide natural light and offer views of the garden. A staircase with a modern railing leads to an upper level, complementing the open layout.

A Moradia foi remodelada no início do ano (2022). Colocamos uma nova piscina térrea de 11 metros de comprimento, e a casa foi toda pintada. No início do ano 2023 colocamos chão novo e alteramos apontamentos decorativos e melhoramos todo o exterior. Moradia totalmente equipada com capacidade para 8 pessoas, perto das praias (2 minutos de carro ou 15 minutos a pé). Localiza-se na zona nova da vila, num bairro muito sossegado e seguro. Ideal para passar uma férias tranquilas.

House/villa located in an area between several beaches, 5 km from Nazaré, 8 km from São Martinho do Porto and 5 km from Salgado beach. The villa has 1 kitchen, laundry, 5 bedrooms, a living room, 3 bathrooms in the main house, and an annex with another kitchen, bathroom and wine cellar where breakfast is served, with a pool table and foosball table. A large outdoor pool and a large leisure area.

The salt-water infinity pool extends towards a serene coastline, reflecting the soft hues of a sunset sky. Lush greenery surrounds the area, with a distant view of the ocean and hills highlighted in natural light.

Spacious, quiet and family-friendly villa

The house is located between Nazaré and Sao Martinho do Porto (10 minutes) in Serra da Pescaria, in a very quiet residential area with exceptional views. Only 1 hour from Lisbon Airport. It can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults max). It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The saltwater pool is private (unheated). You will also have private parking. Our cat Sophie lives on site.
