Our chic and cozy studio apartments offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, we are close to nightlife, the airport, and the city center. Numerous wellness spas and restaurants are nearby, including Alivio Massage and Spa on the ground floor. The beach is just a short walk away. Amenities include a functional kitchen, bathroom with hot shower, flat-screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi, AC, and fresh, clean sheets and towels.

Amlan ocean guest unit

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.
