Kind, knowledgable host. When there was a problem with the air conditioning he had it fixed right away. We were very happy with the place and his responsiveness.

The place is peaceful at night, nature vibes , clean , host is friendly. If you plan to book this Airbnb I highly recommend to rent scooter so you can drive around. Near to Biking Public Beach free entrance and underrated. The owner have cats free hug for them. Budget friendly Accommodation .

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

I had a lovely stay there, the liftable bed was very convenient to have space to stretch and workout. It was well equiped so I could actually cook and have meals there.

It was really unfortunate that we only stayed one day. It's so clean, well-equipped with necessary items, and especially the host is so kind from check-in to check-out. They even helped me enter the nearby beach and responded quickly, so I've been resting really well in a cozy space without any inconvenience at all. I definitely want to visit again next time. If people around you say they're going to go, it's a place I'd definitely recommend. I also felt that the accommodation run by a Korean was different. I really recommend it!!!

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to friends and family. The place was spotless, and the locals were so friendly and helpful whenever we needed a hand. Their kindness really touched us. Thanks for providing such a wonderful experience! I absolutely love this place!

Merlinda's place is truly such a gem. We were shocked by how squeaky clean each area was, specifically the kitchen and the bathroom. The host and caretakers were all extremely friendly and flexible. The location is very convenient across the port, tourist spots, groceries, etc. Will surely book again once we go back to Bohol and I highly recommend everyone to stay at Merlinda's house.

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

A very nice cool, comfortable, spacious home. We enjoyed the cool ocean breezes downstairs with plenty of screened windows and the smart TV. Free brewed coffee maker was a very nice touch. The AC in the master bedroom is a high quality super quiet unit, comfortable king bed

Great place to stay! Loved the Iloilo river view and close to the river esplanade and Molo Church. The host is easy to communicate with.

Juren’s place was very nice. Very comfortable bed, and linens. A great place to relax to. Outside was also breathtaking with lots of nature and fresh air. The staffs and guards were also very kind to us. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a relaxing stay. Thanks again Juren! ❤️

The place is peaceful and we love that the unit is in the ground flr. The balcony is facing the pool so we enjoyed hanging out there. It is also very convenient when we had food delivered coz we didn't need to step out to get the orders. The riders just handed them to us at our balcony. The place has everything described and has all the necessities. The bed is very comfy, sheets and towels were fresh. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We actually booked his place twice and will definitely stay at his place again. We had a wonderful and restful stay. Oh and there's a 7/11 right at the main entrance of the property. Wet market is also very close where we got our fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. There's also a sari-sari store across from the entrance that also sells cooked food (carenderia). Pharmacies and bakeries are also close. You can drive there and park at 7/11 or you can take a tricycle. The location is great and the place is wonderful!

The location of the BnB is nice as there were so many walkable places, and I could either commute or bike to and from the condo. The view from the balcony during sunset is great and relaxing. Thank you so much for accommodating my stay and I will likely book here in my next trip to Iloilo.
