The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

A charming and unique place. Stylishly decorated, warm and pleasant. Bricks, wooden rafters, accessories, greenery all around. The house was built on the walls of an old barn in 2012. You can relax indoors and outdoors - SPA zone (sauna, wood-fired tub), barbecue and many more. Perfect for both summer and winter. Bosco is an Italian forest. We were enchanted by the surrounding beech forest, which is part of a nature reserve with two lakes with a beautiful emerald color of water. Located on a glacial site, it enchants the landscape, with year-round colors and stunning views. This place made us want to build a home in natural technology, with an environment designed to make it a pleasure to spend time there.

The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.
