The house is just as described. It is a beautiful and charming house in a picturesque setting. Our group enjoyed the decor including many antiques.

We really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb! We loved the country setting — quite remote, very peaceful and beautiful country side. The home is extremely well maintained and very clean. A lot of attention has been paid to details, from the provided laundry soap pods to the Kleenex box! Thanks for a great stay!

Alan was a great host. The house was as described. Unfortunately due to the weather we weren't able to enjoy the back deck.

What a a great stay. Host was extremely accommodating and communicated well. The house was wonderful. I was there on what was probably the coldest day of the year and never felt uncomfortable. The view from the front porch is amazing. My hope is to make it back this summer to lounge on that front porch and watch the sunrise and sunset.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay at The Barndo!! The space was amazing- clean, spacious, peaceful, private, and the game room was a huge hit! The host was soooo responsive- above and beyond any host I’ve ever experienced! We had no issues with the house during our stay but bad weather was coming in and the host responded quickly to all our questions. The only note I want to include, and this is just the nature of a barndominium, is the open concept creates an echo-y space. It didn’t disrupt our stay at all but could if you need a super quiet sleeping space. The location of the house is amazing- being so close to Bardstown. I recommend visiting the Evergreen Liquor Store- if you find a potato you get the chance to buy a more rare bourbon! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this rental!!
