Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. The walk back up is steep and requires moderate fitness. Otherwise sit back and drink in the view or wander in the garden. Breakfast of home made muesli/yoghurt and toast.

We have a completely separate unit below for our guests with its own entrance . Our flexible bedding arrangements means we can accommodate a number of combinations. The super king in the bedroom can be used or two single beds if preferred. The fold away made up queen bed in the main area allows more space during the day. We are open to meeting the bed requirements you may wish, example you may want four separate beds. What a wonderful view you will have when you wake up.

A peaceful spacious room for women to relax (or adventure out) in a quiet street close to CBD. Own entrance, shower & toilet. Double bed and comfortable king-single fold down futon. Listed for one person, please inquire regarding extra guests. Bay window with lovely garden outlook, plenty of storage, and space for you to prepare and enjoy breakfast or snacks. As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.

REDUCED PRICE PER NIGHT FOR MOST OF WINTER We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance . It is 5 minutes walk to supermarkets, takeaways . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

My place is close to the city centre, public transport, cafes and restaurants, movies, supermarkets, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the quiet neighbourhood and the outdoors space including the Maitai River. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are situated beside the river 10 minutes walk from Nelson's CBD, surrounded by native trees and close to beautiful parks.

Sunny Miyazu, luxury stay for a couple in Nelson

A modern one bedroom home. Very spacious, private and spotlessly clean. Owner lives 1.4 km away and is happy to assist guests however he can. The property is opposite Miyazu Garden, close to town, has lovely park and sea views and is right on the Nelson bike/walking trail. WiFi, smart TV, espresso machine, air fryer, blue tooth speaker, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, walk in wardrobe, modern appliances throughout.
