The place was amazing. Much bigger than the actual photos. A dream holiday. The perfect place to be with friends or familly.

We had some beautiful days in this villa. The house is very clean and comes with everything you might need. There are air cons in every room so you can sleep very relaxed. Communication and Checkin went absolutely flawless. We can highly recommend a stay in this villa! :)

Classy and comfortable

We were four families (8 adults 11 kids) shared the 3 houses All of us loved the pool, its really big. I communicated with the host prior to arrival and she shared all the info 4 ACs (3 in rooms) that were great. The other rooms each had a cooling system that did relieve some of the heat but was not as comfortable as the air-conditioned rooms (and that was aligned with what we were told) Overall, we all felt it waa a great place to stay and price was totally fare.

Nino is a great Host, upon arrival there were fresh brownies, and wine ready. Accommodation was very neat and clean. This villa is perfect for a family with both small and adult children. Plenty of beds, 2 spacious bathrooms and everything is available Village is within walking distance, and there is plenty to do. Swimming pool is a very big plus, clear water and lovely temperature. I can't think of anything negative about this villa and our stay at all. We enjoyed enormously and felt very much at home, can recommend this villa to anyone!! Thank you to you Nino 😊😊

The house is huge with everything you need for a nice holiday, including basic groceries in the kitchen - water, flour, sugar, spices, etc. Lovely views from the veranda and surrounding nature. The yard is also very big, but not really suitable for small children to play. The beach across the road is very private and natural, it is more rocky than sandy. The host is very friendly, responsive and proactive. Overall, we had a relaxing and happy holiday.

The villa is beautiful and we had a great time there. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated. With two children and a baby, we had more than enough space. Thanks to the air conditioning, it was pleasantly cool inside. We especially liked the garden with loungers, table, hammock and outdoor shower. The location is fantastic – quiet and idyllic. Overall, the house was very well equipped. Yannis even provided us with water, beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee. The beach is within walking distance and ideal for children as the water is shallow. Communication with Yannis was excellent; he always responded quickly and showed us everything upon arrival. The only point to keep in mind: There is no supermarket in the immediate vicinity and only a few restaurants. However, that didn't bother us much, as we often cooked ourselves. The Metoxi restaurant is of top quality. Overall, we highly recommend it and would be happy to come back.

Above and beyond. Great location and amenities, amazing communication and helpful staff. Christos was so kind to personally bring us the delicious breakfast every morning. It’s a luxury experience through and through in a unique and beautiful setting. Can’t wait to explore some of the other villas

It was the best! "Greek summer is a mindset"

The living room was perfect. Mary was very friendly and punctual in responding to every request. The villa is cared for both internally and externally and ideal for 2 families. The description and photos are true to life. The location is strategic to visit the entire peninsula, by car. On foot you can reach the small center of Kryopigi which offers restaurants and shops. Beautiful local beach is just over 1 km away but the ascent is hard on foot. Everything is excellent, even check-in by electronic box with a code that allows you to arrive and leave at any time. The only thing that can be improved can be the lighting of the bathrooms. I would only add a microwave and an espresso machine (especially for Italian guests), nothing insurmountable anyway. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Villa on cliffs with view at the sea. Easy and fast contact to the property manager with flexible arrival time. The pool was cleaned three times per week and everything was well maintained.

We stayed at the villa with a group of 6 friends for a week, and it was absolutely amazing! The villa was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was large and perfect for relaxing. The outdoor charcoal grill was a huge plus, and we made several dinners on it. Overall, a stunning place, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway! Our host was fantastic—very friendly and responsive. Ilias made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions. Also great recommendations! A truly wonderful experience!

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

We stayed at Mike's villa with 4 people at the end of May. We found the villa very clean. It is furnished with everything the vacationer needs and also with valuable things that make the stay very pleasant. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the different ways to stay outside. The pool was still a little fresh at this time of year, but very clean and very welcoming for a longer stay with the loungers. We initially found the dogs in the neighborhood to be disruptive, but we also got used to it. Positive also the short walk around the beach and the possibilities of shopping nearby, as well as the short path to the highway. Thank you and best regards to Mike!

We were a group of five women enjoying our vacation in Greece, and this villa made our trip truly special! Dominiki is an amazing host—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The villa, designed by Dominiki and her husband, has beautiful interior details, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean pool. The beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the pillows! Dominiki's in-laws were also around, sharing great stories and speaking perfect English. We had a late flight and Dominiki allowed late check-out. The villa’s location is perfect, with just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 30 minutes to the center of Pefkochori (or a quick taxi ride 5€). We only rented a car for 2 out of our 5 days, with parking conveniently available outside. Dominiki even brought us some food when she knew we hadn't been to the store yet. The villa is spotless, well-planned, and exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Greece!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Great place for the family. A private place with lots of room. Big Yard. The Garden was a plus.

We had a great stay in the Vila, it is very peaceful and quiet, the yard is big and pool is nice. The vila had great attention to details and good atmosphere. It is located close to the best beach in Sithonia. The hosts were very kind, attentive and responsive, we highly recommend the place.

Villa in the Sani forest with a fantastic garden, as shown in the pictures. 20 min walk (a bit uphill/downhill but it wasn't a problem for us) or 5 min with the car to the most beautiful beach on Halkidiki. Good communication with the host. *My only suggestion would be to change the mattress in the master bedroom since it is too soft and it is very difficult for two people to sleep without rolling toward each other and waking up. Everything else was great, we would visit again.

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!
