Cozy house, equipped with everything you need to stay calm, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, on the hill, 15/20 min./car from the sea and mountains. The house is located in the beautiful village, with a food and wine vocation, of Torano Nuovo, "village of taste", "City of Wine" and capital of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Nearby are the cities of Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto del Tronto, Civitella del Tronto with the Fortress, as well as the Adriatic Coast. Possibility of hiking in MTB and "Walk in Nature".

Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

About 8 km from the sea and Atri, one of the most beautiful pre-Roman villages in Italy.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
