You are welcome to our apartment, which is arranged in the attic floor of three storey apartment building. The total area is 35 sq.m. Our apartment is for those who appreciate natural materials and calm colors in the interior. The apartment has a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. The room has a double bed (140x200cm) and a sofa that transforms into a wide double bed (160x200cm), commodes, TV. It can accommodate up to 4 persons, but it is more convenient for 2-3 persons.

Come to enjoy the sounds of Kursiu marios waves splashing to the shore while falling asleep, take a jog to the Baltic sea for your morning dip, hike the pine forests and sand dunes, slowly stroll through the paradise of never ending sand and watch the sun going down till the next morning.

A cafe is just next to Vila Preiloja( works in summer time).The beach is 2 km away.

Quiet place for you or your family stay in Nida. Between the lagoon and the sea, surrounded by pine trees and the Dunes. The new apartment is located on the second floor of a house with a large balcony, so you can enjoy the sun in all seasons. Rooms have wooden floors. Bathroom with heated floors. Free parking all year round except on summer time. During summer we suggest to use public parking for 6Eur/day

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the unique Neringa, where you can find the most beautiful forests, sand beaches, nice cute restaurants and silence and fresh air. You will find all you need to have the perfect holidays - equipped kitchen, shower, washing machine, cozy, but comfortable living space, the bedroom with the mattress on the mezzanine and relaxed atmosphere.
