Welcome to winter by the sea. "Solstrand" is an atmospheric and spacious house by Bunnefjorden-perfect for families and friends who want peace, space and quality time only 25 minutes from Oslo city centre. The house has a fireplace in the living room, wood included and plenty of space to gather around the dining table (10 pcs). Here you can enjoy long winter evenings with good food, board games and a fireplace, or start the day quietly with coffee and a view of the lake. The property is large, child-friendly and fenced. Private jetty.

In 2020 we renovated the house of 100sqm. The outdoor areas are lovely. Large lawn with plenty of space for activities such as badminton, football and cube. Next to the summer cottage is the "little house" of 36 sqm which has a bedroom, shower and toilet. Small down on the plot we have the old storage house of 15 sqm also with sleeping space. It is only 100 m to a nice beach with trampoline, slides, climbing wall etc. Rented for a minimum of 3 nights. It is not for rent at events or large parties. Maximum number of guests 11

Welcome to our charming old house at Berger/Hellvik. We offer a quiet, safe environment and summer idyll at its best! With us it is not perfect or sterile, we have our things here, so you have to endure full cabinets, but we think you will thrive and feel at home. The kind cat Grin, almost 10 years old, is included. The peninsula Nesodden, where we live, is surrounded by beaches, forests and many hiking opportunities. There is a short distance to the bus, which takes you to the ferry and over to Oslo.
