Sheep and fallow deer run across the stream. If you are not looking for luxury, but just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will definitely like Potůčka. Fishing is possible, 10 km away is the Sázava river, where a boat is available!

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Visit a small hut in the middle of the forest in complete privacy, which deserves a second chance. Like most things inside the cottage, which are reused items rescued from being thrown away. The interior is inspired by the legendary freedom and wildness of the surrounding nature, right where the first settlements were established, just a few minutes from Prague. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.

Our apartment in the castle was renovated in 2024. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is also a fully equipped kitchen available just for you. The apartment is mainly suitable for couples and individuals. Accommodation is also possible with a baby or child. In addition to dogs and cats, there is also a farm with chickens, geese and ducks, as well as rabbits, sheep and a cow. Karlštejn, the Amerika quarry and Sv. Jan pod Skalou.
