Basement apartment in quiet and family-friendly surroundings. There is a private entrance and good parking possibilities for two cars. We own the house and live on the floors above and are mostly always available if there should be anything. There are good bus connections to the city center and the nearest bus stop (ring bus) is 150 meters. Easy access to hiking trails in Moldemarka. Possibility to bring a four-legged friend. The apartment is not to be used by anyone other than those who rent. There are two extra 90 cm mattresses available in the bedroom.

The Atlantic Road is a 25-minute drive away. 10 min drive and you will arrive at the parking lot of Trollkirka which is a popular hiking destination 5 min drive there is beach and sand volleyball court
