105 m^2 of beautiful, spacious, very quiet home, with a private garden, feels like a villa in the city! Large living room and dining area, large and fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, lots of closets. Renovated in March 2018. We have a shelter at the basement, which is shared by the the 3 apartments in the building (including us). To get there you have to go out of the apartment, and go down about 18 steps. We do not have a mamad in the apartments.
