A minute to the beach and a short walk to the sea front. Small front patio and off street parking. It’s comfy and newly refurbished . Open plan spacious and fully equipped kitchen is great for evening gatherings . Not everything matches but linen and bedding is top quality and the shower is hot and lovely! Coffee machine (Nespresso) and air fryer.

Relax on the outdoor terrace and watch the geese, swans and oyster catchers whilst enjoying the view of the sun going down over the fields. If you walk left out of the park and walk for a while you’ll end up at Ryde with a large expanse if sandy beach, eateries and activities.

Gull House is situated 5 minutes walk away from the sandy beach at Seagrove Bay & 15 minutes walk to the sailing village of Seaview. The secluded Priory Bay beach and woodland is just also nearby. Gull House is newly renovated to a high standard & is laid out over three floors. Four double bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two TV rooms make this house perfect for two families sharing. The large back garden includes a BBQ, outside heaters and a decked area for dining al fresco.

It has its own private west facing garden and a large covered veranda that allows for outside contemplation even if it’s raining. Seaview’s village shops, local beaches and coastal walks are all close by. We provide a first morning ‘breakfast’ starter pack. Modern heating in all rooms also makes this a nice snug and an ideal choice for winter breaks.

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
