75 m² flat, with a 28 m² terrace, fully renovated, overlooking the sea and located on the pedestrian promenade (no cars in front of the flat). The dike and the beach can be accessed directly from the west-facing terrace, which has been completely refurbished recently! The residence is located a 5-minute walk from Hardelot town centre and all the shops. Nearby: golf course, tennis courts, equestrian club (horseback rides on the beach possible), sailing club 150 m away, hiking, forest, etc.

A spacious terrace is highlighted, featuring several seating arrangements and a wooden table. The panoramic view includes the ocean and surrounding area, with clear skies above and a mix of residential buildings in the distance.

Spacious and bright apartment comprising 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 160 x 200 and 2 beds of 90 x 190) and 2 shower rooms that can accommodate 6 people as well as an equipped kitchen open to the living room. Guests can enjoy a large south-facing terrace, 2 free parking spaces and fiber optic internet.

Studio of 24 m2 balcony with sea view, in residence with elevator, 2nd floor, a parking space. Sofa bed that functions as a sofa during the day and a proper double bed (140 × 200) at night (installed in Sept 2024). Kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave grill combination, vacuum cleaner, TV and wifi internet, bathroom with bathtub. 4 min walk to the beach, 2 min to the city center, 3 min to the convenience store and laundromat. Quiet, beautiful view!
