There are two inns, a bakery and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to have families with small children and support them where we can. In the apartment there are many useful things such as a highchair, potty or toys. We can provide much more. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchen with dining area, entrance area and bathroom. It is a detached apartment with a separate entrance door and its own washing machine. Directly opposite is a lake for swimming. There is a lot for children to do and play on the farm.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
