The apartment is located in a well-kept apartment building, is on the ground floor and is at ground level – ideal for a comfortable stay without stairs. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

The 1,000 m² property with climbing frame and slide can be reached within 3 minutes on foot. A guest house (Tiny House by the lake) is also on the property and can be booked via this platform, so a vacation in a large group is possible.

My place is close to Schwerin, right on a swimming lake. The apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house with old trees and a 15,000 m² garden and courtyard. Both apartments have a separate entrance. The location is ideal as a starting point for excursions but cannot be reached by public transportation. There is no Wi-Fi! But a very good D2 mobile network. Maximum for 2 persons! Do not bring animals
