Shops 2 km away, close to Pont-Aven (town of painters), Concarneau (walled town) and Lorient (town of sailing). No smoking, no pets, access via stairs. Provide linens and towels.

Sensational view of the sea at the mouth of the Aven and the Belon in Port Manec'h (Névez) A prime location, a beach 5 minutes away on foot along the coastal path, rental of canoes, dinghies and catamarans, a grocery store/bread/newspapers also 5 minutes away on foot, and good restaurants.
