Exceptional sea view in southern Brittany

Sensational view of the sea at the mouth of the Aven and the Belon in Port Manec'h (Névez) A prime location, a beach 5 minutes away on foot along the coastal path, rental of canoes, dinghies and catamarans, a grocery store/bread/newspapers also 5 minutes away on foot, and good restaurants. When you arrive at the apartment, all you see is the sea, like on a boat. The view is just incredible. We're happy to offer it to you for a few weeks a year. You're welcome!

Vacation home completely renovated in 2022, not attached, 300 meters from the sea in Loctudy in the Bigouden region. The house is ideal for having a good time with friends and family. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. You can enjoy high-speed internet with fiber optic!

No shops nearby. I can offer you a packed lunch for hikers. The apartment does not have a sea view. Parking in a public car park opposite the studio; car park open 24 hours a day.

Small house nestled by the water. A 180-degree panoramic view of La Forêt Fouesnant cove and the Cornouaille golf course mansion. You can admire the rhythm of the tides from every room in the house. An exceptional experience! Close to beaches, shops, markets, fish tanks, marina and golf. This small house was completely renovated with care during the year 2023.

You will enjoy a beautiful sea view from the 2 main rooms, an independent terrace, a large garden, access to the GR 34, as well as the beach in a few minutes' walk.
