Smoking friendly holiday rentals in New Providence

Special shout out to Naomi. So helpful and responsive to any questions asked. Home was comfy and clean. Gave great information for outside of area to go visit. Rental car was walking distance from Airbnb. Parking was perfect. Being an American it was totally different to drive opposite of road lol But overall it was an amazing Trip well worth it. Loved the views. We will be back.

The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I informed the host that it was my daughters birthday and was pleasantly surprised when we get there with a bottle of wine to celebrate her. the place was beautiful as in the pictures, quiet and secure.

Myself, my 20 year old and 18 year old stayed at this beautiful property from 12/23/24 to 1/1/25. the grounds are stunning. the unit we stayed in was small but perfect for us. Tangela was always super responsive even when I had a dumb question like how to get a lizard out of the tub! She was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend a stay here especially if you're looking for something more private and away from the main parts of town. Everything was within a 15 minute drive for the most part. The next time we come back to Nassau we will be staying with Tangela again. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and we're sad to say goodbye.

Great location to walk to Cabbage Beach and Atlantis. The property has a lovely yard and seating to relax and enjoy nature .

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

The location directly on the beach, the private cove, and the large back deck providing both shaded and unshaded space were absolutely incredible. You don't have to leave the back patio, and I rarely did. The beauty of this place is even if you want to stay inside, you get to enjoy those incredible views. They honestly could charge 5x the nightly rate if they updated the place, base don the location alone. The living space is very large and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked in mostly mornings. I had a couple questions during my stay, and summer responded immediately to them via the Air Bnb app. If I ever return here, I will 100% want to stay here.
