Holiday rentals with beach access in Newcastle

Family with 2 kids - the best solution ever for us. Stunning seaview, close to many attractions, close to the beach and to a playground. The house is really super equipped (high quality linen and towels, kitchen with all you need). We absolutely recommend the place.

We booked a last minute trip to stay here. We traveled with a new born and a toddler and found the location perfect for what we wanted. We visited 3 local beaches a short drive away and also used the newly build kids play park multiple times for our toddles as it was literally across the road. The appartment was clean and well presented and would definitely recommend this place

Another lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. The location is gorgeous. The apartment has everything you would need for an enjoyable, comfortable stay, coffee, tea, condiments, soaps, towels, comfy beds etc etc. and once again John had a freshly baked wheaten waiting on our arrival, thank you John.The garden looks over the bay with the Mournes in view and is safe for children & pets. I absolutely love this apartment & everything about it & can’t wait to visit again.

Spent 3 days in Ballycastle, visiting relatives. The Garden Flat was perfect for this. Everything is the flat is of very high quality and there are some very thoughtful extras provided.

we stayed for one night and really enjoyed our stay. beautiful views and everything you need for a short stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and even went the extra mile for us having dropped us to a restaurant we had booked that even. It was a greatly appreciated. all in all class spot no complaints and would return again.

This property was modern and finished to the highest standards, it was ideal. The location is perfect with short walks to the beach as well as the main street and promenade seafront. There is so much to visit and see, we simply needed two weeks+ instead of 4 days to fully appreciate the causeway coast. Carole, is a perfect hostess, on hand and responsive to any queries, yet professional to enable her guests to fully enjoy their stay. Sad to leave, must return soon.

Lovely stay in the blue house. Very close to where we were attending a wedding. Walking distance to all local bars/restaurants. Nicola was very helpful and friendly. House was lovely, very clean and had all amenities needed. Will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Cosy Grove, the location was fantastic close to great shops, pub and beach. I would recommend this air b and b I hope to return .

Even before we booked David was communicative and helpful. On arrival check-in was extremely simple, and the house was amazing. Decorated tastefully and in neutral colours my friend and I had an extremely relaxing stay Location can’t be beaten, it’s on a quiet road, very close to the sea With an easy 20 minute walk into town. We wanted for nothing, there’s a larger way of equipment, and great basics for cooking. David leaves an excellent guide to the amenities in the area with some very helpful tips and directions. On leaving, I managed to leave my passport and David went above and beyond sending it back to me, I’m eternally grateful for that.

stunning sea views in a lovely big old house, full of charm. near the beach, prom, cafes and restaurants. rooms were spotless and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend. although I didn't meet Sean in person, he was speedy in his responses.

A truly beautiful house in an amazing location. After spending two days in this fantastic space with family, we really didn’t want to return to reality following our bank holiday birthday celebration. The sun shone, giving the beautiful Mourne coastline an extra sparkle. We enjoyed jumping waves, building sandcastles, spotting seals sunbathing, watching seagulls dive for fish, tracking boats coming in and heading out to sea—and just being. Sitting on the warm stone seat by the steps to the beach with a cuppa, feeling the sun, and watching the world go by was a special treat. The sunroom was a joy to be in. Even washing the dishes wasn’t a chore, as the kitchen sink looked out onto the beach. This is a very special place, and I very much look forward to returning

not only is Marcool a beautiful cottage, the scenery and atmosphere in the area is stunning. like something from a film.

My husband and I stayed with our three children (8,5,2) and dog over the early May bank holiday. The house is in a great location, easy walking distance to Portstewart and a great base to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The house was clean and had everything our family needed - a cot and high chair were provided and we even found some kids toys! Only thing to be aware of if you have very young children is that the stairs are quite steep and no stair gates etc. We had a wonderful stay and would have no hesitation to book here again. Maggie really is the perfect host. Her beautiful house is spotless top to bottom. Easy to find and so peaceful and quiet. She met us there and gave us a quick tour and showed us how everything worked. A charming lady with great knowledge about the local area. Had a relaxing 3 night break just after Xmas to recharge the batteries in lovely surroundings. Fab conservatory to chill out in and watch the world go by. We can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend for a quiet break in an excellent house with the perfect host. Thank you Maggie. See you soon.

Mark’s place was very clean, convinent and I would recommend to anyone if they are looking for a unique stay. His memorabilia and collection varied and was always impressive to be around. We got the pleasure of meeting Mark and he was very helpful with guiding us around the apartment and answering any questions we had! 10/10 experience

Beautiful apartment, private and peaceful, with stunning views of the sea. The apartment has everything that you need for you stay, including a fantastic welcome pack, very kind and thoughtful, we really appreciated this. Holly was very communicative from booking and we were met by Peter, very friendly and welcoming, great hospitality, giving tips and information about the area. Golf course is across the road, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. One of my favourite air bnbs I have stayed in. I will definitely be back. Really nice apartment, exactly as shown in the photos. Right beside the beautiful beach. We went for Easter weekend which was very busy in the town. There was a car parade on Sunday (it’s called Port Sunday), so it wasn’t as peaceful as we’d hoped! We went on a day trip to Giant’s Causeway which was lovely

We had a lovely relaxing weekend in Portstewart to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The location of Sara’s place is outstanding with amazing views over the promenade and seafront. We were able to walk to a local restaurant for dinner the first night and just a few steps away for breakfast both mornings. Parking is available nearby and the area seems very safe. The apartment is well equipped and also very clean. We hope to return in the future.
