Cozy architect-designed wooden house by the sea

Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

The host couple prioritize environmentally friendly lifestyle with animals around, here you will meet dog, cat, chickens and ducks freely on the grounds. 500 meters to the beach, 1 km to shopping and cozy atmosphere around the harbor, with bar, restaurant, music, stalls with sale of delicious ice cream, clothes, snack and sovenier. Charming idyll in Snogebæk.

🌿 Cozy little cottage in the most beautiful nature – located on a cul-de-sac , here is the atmosphere of idyll and peace. Nature plot with frequent visits of animals such as owls , deer, pheasants, and squirrels. Dog is welcome. A small part of the property is fenced. Great opportunities for good walks in the woods and to the beach. You are about 1 km from Snogebæk which offers the best ice cream, delicious fish & Chips, good fish cakes, good coffee, great chocolate, crispy pizzas, coziness and atmosphere.

The apartment has a private entrance, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchen. Access to the garden, with terrace and possibility to borrow a barbecue. There is the possibility of extra bed, for a supplement of 100kr per night,as well as the possibility of borrowing weekend bed and trip trap chair. Bed linen and towels included in the price. Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400m from the square, and 600m from the port, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland.

Historic farm with own lake and sea view

The inspector's home is 186 sqm. and contains entrance hall, large living room and dining room both with sea view, kitchen/living room with kidney carpentry kitchen and direct access to the cozy courtyard, sleeps 4 with double beds as well as renovated shower and toilet. The home has high ceilings and great beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and right of use for all common areas, as a courtyard, park, lake, etc.

Amazing cottage just by the beach

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Cozy apartment near the beach

This small, cozy apartment is located in the Dueodde Feriepark and is only about 200 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Bornholm. In the vacation park, there is an outdoor pool (approximately from mid-June to mid-September), an indoor pool and sauna (approximately from Easter to autumn vacations) as well as a gym with table tennis, table soccer and various board games (open all year round). There is also a tennis court and a playground with picnic benches.
