On the top floor there is a toilet, two bedrooms, a double bed, two single beds plus a cot, you have to go through one room to get to the other. We open our little home to guests who want to experience beautiful Balka Beach. The cottage has a living room with terrace and lounge area in extension, a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom. We have two nice rooms in the house, but also a fully insulated annex with sleeping places. The cottage on a nature plot on a quiet road with only 400 meters to the water. Note: No animals in furniture and beds. Bed linen, sheets and bath towels are not included.
