The Sassy Stone house, a quaint space that is full of character from top to bottom, was once a Wine Bar and Coffee shop it has now has been converted back to a charming rental space. The home is centrally located in Clarkston, next to Tri-State Hospital and not far from any place in the LC Valley. The house has two sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully stocked. Lovely antiques, 3 bedrooms, living room with piano, family room with pool table. The backyard has a brick fireplace and table; a small outdoor enclosed area is off the family room. There is a large grassy play area, with walnut, hazelnut and an apple trees and windmill towering in the back. There are 2 driveways for easy parking.
