Sunshine Cottage is a little cottage in the back garden of Finca Katrina. It is set on a hill with views of Palo Alto and Jaramillo with a coffee plantation in the foreground. There is a full (double) bed, room to hang your clothes and to store your belongings. You have a small fridge, toaster oven, sink, coffee maker, and cupboard space for food, but no stove top. It has a full wrap around balcony and is extremely secure, with the only entrance being a single heavy oak door. Fast primary internet connection (~100mbps), backup internet connection, solar panels, and water tanks on site. We never lose water or power. No stairs for this apartment.

Public service transportation is available just as you open the gate and leave the premises. Wi-Fi service available and reliable. Hot water on the shower, sink and kitchen faucets.
