Waterfront holiday rentals in Ngũ Hành Sơn

I loved this apartment, it's clean, bright, and spacious. Internet was very strong (room has its own wifi). The kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach and tourist area. They also have 2 little dogs and a cat that live on the ground floor, you might get to meet them :) The only potential downside I would say is because its on one of the main tourist streets, there is noise at night. Wouldn't recommend if you are an early or sensitive sleeper.

Great location, great view.

The house is spacious and tidy, nothing like the pictures. The living room sofa is very comfortable, so it's good for relaxing while watching TV. The refrigerator is a large size commonly used by Korean homes in Samsung Brand, so it was good to put fruit drinks, etc. Everything is convenient, including a large TV and a washer and dryer. There is a small grocery store and Korean-style grocery store next to the accommodation, and if you go back to the back, you can use massage shops, Korean restaurants, meat restaurants, and kimbap restaurants. The price or taste of the shopping mall in the back was better than the boulevard in front of the accommodation. The Korean family, furniture style, and electronics were almost the same, so I had a comfortable stay, and I intend to use it again next time.

I definitely recommend this apartment, it was cosy, clean, has amazing view and location is perfect, 2 min walking distance from beach and many restaurants and coffee shops are walking distance. Communication was great, we even received an early check in, because it was possible. I stayed in other apartments in this building and this was the cleanest, no bad smell, beds wet comfortable also. I recommend it for short or long term stay.

Had a fantastic 3 month stay at Hai Yen’s place. The accommodation is exactly as in pictures. The building is very secure and the security guards present at all times. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage place. Bed is comfortable and the ac works beautifully. The water pressure was very good in the bathroom. We had no trouble whilst staying there and will definitely come back to stay again. The apartment felt like a second home to us with all amenities as listed. The WiFi was excellent. Hai yen was fast responsive with all our queries. The building location is ideal for the beach and promenade walks. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. We will be back!

Place was great. I’ve staid now in Da Nang several times in several places. This place was close to everything, view was awesome. 1 block from the beach. There was only a cpl things I wanted to mention that I wish there was cooking stuff there such as spices, oil, soy sauce. I don’t want to buy all of that every time I rent a place for a short time. The bed was also too hard for my back. They were so kind and brought me a mattress topper but my back still hurt 😔. I’m giving them 5 stars. If you don’t care about a soft bed then no worries.

My partner and I stayed here for over a month and it was such a spacious and comfortable place for the both of us. We both needed a separate space to work and were so pleasantly surprised at how spacious this was for Da Nang. It's close to all of the great restaurants so you can walk, take a grab, or a short scooter ride. The beach is only two blocks away so the entire area is very walkable. The staff here were immensely friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything at all. We LOVED being greeted by their resident pet Nau. I missed my dog being away from home for so long so this was an unexpected and sweet touch. It made being away from him more palatable. The housekeeping were on top of cleaning the unit every few days and it was perfect for us. Just enough that the place was kept spotless and just enough so we didn't feel it was intrusive. We loved our place here at Louis Mo and would highly recommend this spot if you're considering visiting Da Nang! Thank you so much Nhat!

Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

Rain is very nice person and very accommidative. We enjoyed our stay at Rain place.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

I could see why the rating was 5. At first, I was anxious because the accommodation was changed due to various issues, but the accommodation was so tidy, the staff was so friendly, the breakfast was great, and the barbecue was so good. It was a spotless accommodation. It was a trip with my parents and children, and they were all satisfied. Awesome!

The accommodation was neat and tidy as shown in the photos. It was a private pool villa, so I was able to rest quietly, and the pool was spacious and the water was clean, so I enjoyed it from morning to night. The pool, especially with the lights on at night, had a really nice vibe. The interior was cozy, and the bedding and amenities were meticulously prepared, so there was nothing else to take care of. The location was reasonably secluded, and it was close to the places I needed, so there was no inconvenience. I had a good rest. It's a place I want to come back to next time!

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

The location is very good, but it’s not a luxury apartment building. There’s a picture of a luxury apartment building, but this is the one it’s the one behind it. The toilet smelled a bit like sewage in the apartment sometimes. I like the fact that they were toiletries and slippers. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.

The apartment has great location and view. The host was very nice. But the area is very noizy. Some guy is selling banh bao on the street at night and early in the morning. There also was smell in one of the bathrooms so we mostly used another one. Also some ants on the kitchen. These are problems of the building, not the apartment, but I recommend the host to do something about it.
