Friendly, kind owners that were always quick to respond and recommended a great place to hire a scooter. Place is great and has a beautiful view of the city. Had no problems with TV, air con or wifi and I stayed there for 3 months.

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

The apartment and all furniture is brand new, everything was super clean. Whenever I had a question, Nguyen responded nearly immediately, so he is a great host. The neighborhood is a bit boring, but simply take a public bus or Grab (car or motorbike) to get to D1, if you want to really discover the city. The only issue, that I had, was, that the apartment is on the first floor, so it is on the same level like the swimming pool, gym, playroom etc., so there are sometimes people walking by the windows. Which means, you would have to close the curtains to have privacy. But other than that, I would highly recommend this apartment with two large bedrooms and bathrooms for 2 couples or a couple with 1 or 2 kids. I had a few suggestions for minor improvements and I am 100% sure, Nguyen will consider them, as he is very responsible and very nice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MANY THANKS!

I chose this location due to its price compared to other places in District 1 and I have no regrets. The whole apartment and facilities were of top quality. The location is a little further from district 1 but it’s worth the quiet and peace u get out of it. The customer service from Sua and the team was really good and they kept on checking if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to HCM.

Home rất gọn gàng, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hoàn toàn đúng với mô tả và như trong ảnh. Home rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ và chăm sóc khách hàng rất tốt. Đặc biệt là an ninh ở đây rất an toàn và mọi thứ rất hiện đại. Nếu có dịp quay trở lại Việt Nam, mình sẽ book lại chỗ này. Highly recommend cho mọi người nhe! ^^

I stayed at LIM Concepts in Saigon, Vietnam, for the last 5 months, and it was wonderful. The studio is clean, cozy, and feels like home. The location is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. A highlight is the great restaurant connected to the complex. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. 호스트는 너무나 친절했습니다~ 밤늦은 시간이었는데도 우리 가족을 반갑게 맞이해주었습니다~ 집은 말할 것도 없이 너무나 아늑하고 편안했습니다. 청소해주시는 분 역시 정말 따뜻하고 좋은 분입니다. 마지막 집으로 갈 때 빠진 물건이 있는지 없는지 친절하게 확인해 주었습니다. 너무 감사했어요💕 내년에 또 이 집에 머물고 싶어요~

Cosy place in the villa area. Nice sweetshop and restaurants around, including Japanese, Vietnamese. Pharmacy, supermarket, flowershop, 7/11, Japanese market and nice coffee shops in the walking distance. If you are solo, you will enjoy, if you are a couple yiu can make it romantic dinner at the restaurant or you can prepare romantic breakfast for two in the premises since kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy

Chủ nhà rất phản hồi rất nhanh chóng và chu đáo, nơi ở giống như mô tả và cũng yêu thích môi trường xung quanh với nhiều siêu thị, nhà hàng cũng như spa và cửa hàng làm tóc. Tôi có thể giới thiệu tiệm làm tóc kiểu trang trí, nhà hàng sushi ở phía sau ngôi nhà, quán cà phê buổi sáng Sài Gòn và việc sử dụng ứng dụng Grab để đến thành phố bận rộn một cách nhanh chóng, bằng taxi.
