Duplex Apartment - Full furniture 35m2

This room is 35m2 (including the upstairs area) and is equipped with full furniture including a private restroom and kitchen set. The utility bills are included in the renting price. The house is next to a cafe and a gym. It is close to the supermarket and market (200m) and the sea (300m). There is a big courtyard in front of the room for parking, BBQ party, and chilling. We also have a small store at the Kiosk of the house selling desserts. You can come to buy good food.
