Enjoy the experience in the warm and sophisticated designed apartment in a central location. Located at C2 of Vincom Tran Duy Hung complex (CGV, California Fitness, food & shopping center). View and walk 2 mins to Thanh Xuan air-conditioned lake. 2 mins walk to the bus station to explore Hanoi. The interior landscape is green, spacious for a walk. Driving from a national conference center, My Dinh stadium and Keangnam Landmark 5p building. Especially the internal utility has free basketball, tennis and outdoor swimming pool.

Hello, I'm Luka . It was a pleasure having you guys visit your apartments. Basically the apartments will design the same. When you book, you will randomly arrange the view depending on the availability. The Apartments you will stay in have an area of 55m2, design 1 living room, 1 bedroom and 1 working room. All rooms are separate. The kitchen is close to the living room. Fully furnished will bring a cozy feel like your 2nd home.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with crisp white linens, framed by wooden cabinets. A flat-screen TV is mounted on a light-colored wall, while natural light enters through a glass partition leading to a bathroom area. Warm wood tones add a contemporary touch.
