Apartment holiday rentals in Nhơn Trạch District

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment was very modern and very clean. Pillows are comfortable and bed as well. Supermarket downstairs. Close to city but still quiet area. Would recommend. The host was very nice too.

숙소는 너무 깨끗합니다. 개미도 없습다. 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 그리고 밤11시에 작은 어려움이 생겼는데, 호스트가 직접 와서 도와줬습니다. 의사소통에서도 너무 좋았습니다. 정말 추천합니다!!!

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

The apartment is spacious, convenient, really cool view, great books, and simple furnitures, free of cluster. The surrounding food is great (try the porridge across the street - tiny little place). Hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched, super helpful and kind as they let me have their unused bag because I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to the street noise as the Karaoke across the street can get loud at night (but very lively - recommend joining them for a night or two).

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. Really nice appartement in a beautiful building. There is everything that you need if you want to use the kitchen or to work from home. This the best deal ever in Ho Chi Minh if you are looking for something authentic with great standards. I recommend

The elevators at The Song Apartment Hotel are terrible on weekends, but Danh is an incredible host and his unit is wonderful. Very quick to respond, proactive in making recommendations for local places to eat, providing suggestions on how to avoid the elevator traffic commute (avoid check-in and check-out times during weekends! stay in or spend the day at the cafe or the beach and wait until things are manageable!), and generous with amenities (there's a dishwasher! an air fryer! a microwave!). I stayed for three weeks. My suggestion to turn the elevator situation into a positive: Use the stairs. I know it sounds crazy, but I improved my strength and endurance (I'm a jogger and I was able to run farther and faster by the end of my three weeks here) by walking upstairs from floor 11 (where the listing is) to floor 36 (where the fitness center is). It's a fantastic warm-up before hitting the treadmill and weights. Catching an elevator down from the 36th floor is quick / easy.

Really appreciated how clean this apartment was, and very comfortable mattress and pillows! Linens and towels were pristine white!

Host is responsive and friendly, we chose this apartment because we had a flight early in the morning, and we could get there quickly and conveniently.

Прекрасное жилье, условия, расположение. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная, дружелюбная. Помогала в различных вопросах. При заселении прошло все хорошо. Мы путешествовали с котом и она нам не отказала в заселении с животным. За что ей отдельное спасибо! В самом доме был бассейн, спортзал, баня, барбекю. Все было в полном нашем распоряжении. В шаговой доступности супермаркет , море и различные кафе и рестораны. Мы очень благодарны, что нам посчастливилось остаться в этих апартаментах на 6 месяцев. Все было прекрасно! Спасибо!

The host is very responsive and well-organized. The apartment is cozy, clean, and tidy, with a nice view of the inner garden pool. I felt very relaxed and comfortable staying in that area. It’s also conveniently located, with short walking distances to shopping malls, food outlets, a supermarket, a golf driving range, and amusement parks.

It was a good stay at Kate's place. Apt was spacious and clean, to D1 is about 10min by motorbike. Grocery store at the basement is convenient. It's about 40 min from airport, depending on traffic. My family like the rooftop pool access from the building. I've stayed in other abnb in this building before and would return.
