The perfect location, private and only a few minute drive into Gytheio with nearby beaches to stroll. The property was absolutely beautiful with potted flowers, a small garden and citrus trees. A gorgeous view on a private veranda overlooking the water in the distance, perfect for morning coffee. The space was cozy and very clean. Melina was very responsive to questions, making us feel very comfortable with our stay.

If you want the peachiest place to stay in Kardamyli look no further ! Set in a beautiful olive grove, this stone house is elegant and comfortable. It has everything you need. Kostas is a lovely host- it was great to meet him. You are a few minutes walk from a very private swimming cove. We never met anyone else swimming there. I highly recommend this house !

The level of attention and detail provided by the team was unparalleled. I felt as though we had a private concierge on hand for anything we needed. Stunning space, the type of home you don’t want to leave. Bravo!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location was ideal and next to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and it was good to have access to the washing machine. The bed was nice and firm with plenty of linens for cold nights. We also stayed warm with the heaters in each room. My friends and I really liked the restaurant next to the apartments. If you give them a day or two notice, they will get fresh fish and lamb for a big feast. We stayed for two weeks and the hosts were very communicative the whole time. The housekeeper is also really nice and if you are staying more than a week will bring fresh towels and linens.

Small ground floor apartment, very simple; matches the photos well. The essentials are available to stay there (may be missing a coffee maker;) ). Very clean. Shared but nice exterior. The main room that acts as a bedroom is air-conditioned (but relatively cool room even without air conditioning despite the outside heat). (No curtains at the glass entrance door so daylight wakes you up early but it allows you to enjoy the days longer!) Close to city center and beach. Quiet area. Very fluid communication, very nice hosts. 40 min from Pounda (port for Elafonissos) and 35 min from Monemvasia, so perfect location to crisscross the surrounding area. Sophie is a wonderful host. Though we never met her in person, she was always at help at had good tips on restaurants for us. The apartment is just lovely and really centric but not downtown un the hustle. If you want to relax this is a great place. I would love to come back. I stayed 3 nights with my teenage son. WiFi was good. Kitchen equipment is basic but enough to have a cooking for some pasta salad or breakfast. I loved there was coffee 🫶

Very nice, spacious and clean house - perfect as a comfortable base for our visit in Stoupa. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was in convenient walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, etc. Nikos and Maria were friendly and accommodating, and we had good communications before, during and after our stay. Definitely recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kaliopi’s villa! The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful swimming pool that provided the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings.
