Guest toilet and cloakroom are also provided. The apartment is fully equipped with electric blinds. Smart TV (55 inches) with cable connection and Netflix available.

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.

Within walking distance, public transport to Osnabrück (about 30 min, S10 and R 16) or Ibbenbüren, Rheine can be reached. The apartment is close to the A1 highway Westerkappeln care (Aldi, LIDL, Takko, etc.): 3 km No Wi-Fi

It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets.
