Spacious and comfortably furnished house with a beautifull, sunny garden. The house has a modern cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Excellent wifi. It is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of shops, forests and heath and near the Lakes of Loosdrecht. It is 30 minutes by car to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol. Public transport takes approximately one hour (return possible untill 23 hrs). The house is suitable for a family or couples, not for groups of young people.

Hidden in our garden you'll find this beautiful cottage. Escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in our charming cottage, situated in a serene environment with a beautiful view. This is the perfect place for families who want to enjoy the peace of the countryside, without missing the conveniences of the city. For example, it is a 40 minute drive to the center of Amsterdam. It is advisable to have a car at your disposal. Because we are located in a rural area, there is little public transport.

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Many birds, also owls, squirrels and you can see regularly deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, light a fire at Zwiethouse, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Our newly renovated studio (45m2) is located between Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort. Hilversum, in the top 10 of best inner cities, offers plenty to do. A perfect place to visit the surrounding cities. Combined with the ambiance, tranquility and beautiful nature that the Gooi has to offer. The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself.
