Don't have a bad word to say about the place. From the moment I booked the host was very responsive, gave us helpful suggestions for local amenities and online shopping. Was there to greet us and welcome us to her lovely home. The house is beautiful and is set in beautiful surroundings close enough to Amsterdam to enjoy the city but also enjoy the peace outside of it. Murielle was responsive enough to be available whenever we needed without being overbearing. If I was travelling back to Amsterdam with a large group I wouldn't hesitate to book again. We had a great time in Patricia's house. We felt at home, with all the comforts you need. The house was clean and perfectly tidy. To a lot of surprise we also found many games both in boxes and cars, which our son really appreciated. The kitchen is equipped with everything, the garbage instructions are clear. The WiFi covers the entire house and has good speed. The neighborhood is very quiet and on foot you can shop, go to the park, have pizza or just walk. The location is convenient to cities. The beds are comfortable, as are the bathrooms and showers. Ginger, the beautiful cat in the house, may come and visit you. Patricia is welcoming and very discreet. We were looking for a broom to sweep in place of the vacuum cleaner, but he told us it's not used in the Netherlands. Time to go to the supermarket and he got us one with a shovel. It was nice staying there, we take home so many good memories.

We had an unforgettable stay in this picturesque and modern home, nestled in one of the most beautiful areas of the Netherlands. The surroundings were stunning, and the house itself was immaculate—stylish, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Kitty was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We truly didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back again if we could. Highly recommended!

Nice shawl by the water in a quiet and relaxing place. Very well equipped and impeccably clean, Sabine's accommodation is very friendly after a day in Amsterdam. Amsterdam is about 40 minutes by train from Weesp station and parking is free during the day. Truly a lovely place to stay especially on sunny days.

We spent 4 nights over Easter in Rudi‘s cottage and throughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very bright and clean with a comfy bed. and sofa, a great shower and excellent lighting (this is something that I often miss in hotel rooms). The view from the terrace is outstanding. We were lucky with the weather and spent many hours there after cycling in the area or visiting nearby Utrecht. Rudi is a very friendly person, always smiling, giving us recommendations etc. Would re-visit anytime. Thank you, Rudi - also for the delicious welcome-cake!

Tonny was a great host and always willing to help. He always responded quickly. The house itself was excellently located. We had a car but good public transport links nearby. There is access to open water in the garden which was fine as our toddler stayed away once pointed out but worth noting if going with young children. The house was great for young children too with everything you would need.

The open plan living room and kitchen is great. The kitchen is complete, the dining table nice and big and the couch and 2 chairs very comfortable. The tv has the common Dutch tv and radio stations. All the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom has a great shower. There is a good car parking space next to the cottage. There are no facilities in the holiday park, but Loenen aan de Vecht is not far by car. The motorway is just a bit further which gives access to Amsterdam and Utrecht. We were there at Christmas and Victor had very thoughtfully provide a mini Christmas tree with lights. The heating radiators kept the cottage warm, so it is suitable for use in the winter.

Lovely cabin in a beautiful location. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable with everything provided that we could need to cater for ourselves. Bathroom was well stocked and the shower was hot with good pressure. Nice private garden with fire pit was great for toasting marshmallows. Neighbourhood was really quiet and peaceful, extremely green (it feels like you are in the woods) but close to plenty of amenities. Has a very family friendly vibe. Short walk to the shops/supermarket etc. and even closer to the woods/lakes etc. Lots of good outdoor routes to explore. Adva was great with some walking recommendations. 20-30 mins drive to Utrecht and Amsterdam so easy to dip in for a restaurant etc. although there are some good local restaurants which Adva can also fill you in on. Adva in general was a brilliant host, responsive, helpful and thoughtful. Kid loved it, dog loved it, adults loved it, would highly recommend!
