We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and non-smoking bed and breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

Our B&B of 40m2, in the outskirts of Blankenham and in the middle of the meadows full of cows, pigs, birds and sheep. The cottage is comfortable and stylishly furnished, with modern comfort, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. Our B&B is always with breakfast! Surrounded by nature, it is ideal for hiking and cycling enthusiasts.Blokzijl is 10 minutes by bike and the Weerribben in our "backyard". Giethoorn, Steenwijk are nearby. De accommodatie biedt met een grootte van 90m2 ruimte aan 6 gasten (plus 2 kleine kinderen), met ruime woonkamer en keuken, drie slaapkamers, badkamer met wc, douche en bubbelbad, apart toilet op 1ste verdieping en ruime (fiets)berging. De paradijselijke tuin van meer dan 1900 vierkante meter, inclusief trampoline, biedt 100% privacy.

The Nutcracker: cozy farmhouse front house

On one of the most beautiful rural roads just outside the village of Sint Jansklooster is the renovated humpback bridge farm from 1667. We have furnished the front house of the farm as a cozy stay for 2 guests who are eager for peace and privacy. The comfortably furnished front house has a private entrance . You have access to 2 canoes and a men's and women's bike. The many cycling, hiking and canoe routes let you experience the National Park Weerribben-Wieden in all seasons.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

Near the beautiful nature reserve "De Weerribben" is our beautiful 1-4 person cozy farmhouse. Perfect base for hiking, biking and canoeing. Hiking trails are available from this farm, and you can dive into the woods. Giethoorn 12 km, Overijssel 10 meters and Drenthe 13 km. In short, the location is ideal for exploring the Netherlands! If you come for peace, you are in the right place! The house is full of comforts and you have a large fenced garden, at your disposal.

Hof van Onna

Een prachtig houten huis gelegen op het erf van mijn ouders. Kom tot rust in een oase van groen van voorjaar tot begin najaar, een prachtig warm herfstgevoel wanneer de bomen van kleur veranderen of de knusheid opzoeken in de wintermaanden. In de prachtige omgeving zijn veel plekken te bezoeken. Giethoorn, vestingstad Steenwijk en de Havelterheide. Verder zijn er drie nationale parken in de buurt, NP Weerribben Wieden, het Drents Friese Wold en het Dwingelderveld.

Welkom in ons unieke tiny house, verscholen in een privébos aan de rand van het charmante Friese dorp Noordwolde. Deze moderne accommodatie is ideaal voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers. Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

'Ons Stulpje' is a complete, separate appartment with a comfortable kingsize boxspring bed, rain shower and complete kitchen. The jacuzzi can be booked separately (€30 per 2 h timeslot). The (shared) pool can be used in Summer. The airbnb is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland.

The Pyramid complete home near Wolvega

Possibly third person, own bedroom, single bed. Costs 25 Euro pppn8. By bike and walking distance from downtown Wolvega rural setting. In this region you can make beautiful hiking/biking/MTB trips to the Weerribben and Giethoorn but also to the Drents Friese Woud, Heerenveen Oranjewoud. Ice skating in Thialf. Rent a boat and/or go to De Lemmer to the beach. From Sonnega, all this is fine. We are open to tips.

At the edge of National Park Weerribben-Wieden, lies our holiday home located on the meadows. Enjoy nature and tranquility, but also a perfect base for exploring the Weerribben-Wieden. The towns of Kalenberg, Blokzijl, Giethoorn and Dwarsgracht are within cycling distance. Or rent a boat to view the Weerribben from the water.
