A great place for staycation. Comfortable and clean.

Steve’s place was comfortable and spacious with plenty of storage for a long term stay. He was responsive to all requests. Steve’s place is in close walking distance to bars and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of plug sockets and good lighting. We enjoyed our stay for the money and would return.

I had such a great experience staying at this place! From the moment I walked in, it felt just like home — clean, cozy, and very spacious. Everything was well-maintained and the house was fully equipped with all the facilities I needed, which made my stay super comfortable and convenient. What I really loved was the peaceful environment. It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. Plus, the city view from the house is absolutely beautiful, both during the day and at night — it really adds a special touch to the whole experience. The host, Juestine was amazing — very friendly, responsive, and reliable. They provided clear and detailed guidelines before my arrival, so everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay. It’s definitely a place I’d love to return to in the future. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay with a great view and great host! ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic place to stay in, has everything in you will possibly need, is clean and tidy and very close to everything. Communication was great and had no hassles finding the place or getting inside, will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful view . Aircon is powerful. Location is not congested . Grab cars easily available in this area. Will choose this place again for next vacation. Highly recommended to families and groups of friends .

Great place to escap for a while

我們這次入住人數共五人，房型是三房一廳兩衛，居住過程中不會直接跟房東碰面，不用擔心有任何溝通不良或是害羞不善於表達的問題，在入住當下房東就會幫你把冷氣全部開好，在炎熱的天氣裡面不會讓你受到委屈。此外，辦理入住之後房東也會傳訊息詢問你的入住情況如何、提醒房內的注意事項。 這個房型是一個大樓式的管理，房屋的門禁卡只能到達你自己的樓層及公共設施樓層，不用擔心有其他人等任意出入你的樓層，甚至在社區大門口也都有警衛監督，必須要有門禁卡才能出入，警衛也會很嚴格的去審查出入的人員及車輛！ 在客廳、房間內，你都可以直接看到雙峰塔、吉隆坡塔等等，景色非常漂亮！ 在這個房源的地理位置上非常優良，大家可以走路到很熱鬧的亞羅街、博威年廣場等地方，縱使玩的再晚，走路也能回家！飯店旁邊也有My news商店，可以買些小東西回去吃～非常方便！ 常常看到網路上的大家提到被一些不肖業者加收費用、更改房型，但是我們居住的這間不僅沒有讓我遇到任何狀況，在我提出很多疑問的時候房東也是很有耐心的回覆我所有問題！ 我非常推薦這家給所有在爬文找飯店的網友，我自己已經推薦給我身邊的人，下一次我還是會選擇住這裡！

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

The accommodation is very homey and pleasant with enough beds, functional air conditioning and even water filter. The host also super approachable and helpful. Overall, I have a good experience..

Very nice place to stay! The buliding are very easy to find and the check-in process felt so easy with the helpful guards. At first I got some trouble but with the help of the host, I am able to arrived safely! Nice and comfortable place, very suitable for those who are solo travelling. Just in front of the building got KK-Mart which is a convenient store that opens until midnight! Surely you can find any late night snacks or even instant noodles there! For sure I will book again here anytime soon!

This is a great place.. the best location.. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, ideal for our family. [host] was very helpful upon check in and check out and easily accessible when we had any doubts.

I would like to thank Taj for helping us through out our stay in putrajaya. She and her family was so helpful and accommodating. I really admire the place, and recommend it to all those families or friends travelling together in putrajaya. The place is clean and complete with the things you need for your stay. Plus, the homeowner(Taj) never failed to answer our inquries and concerns. Rest assured this unit is one of the best place to stay in putrajaya.

Good for value, nice , quiet and safe community. The house is huge, with netflix and WiFi provided. We could cook and make drinks with a fully equipped kitchen. Host is extremely helpful and courteous.

Family place to gather

The place was so cozy...love the atmosphere...all aminities is complete...all facility is great....everything goes so smooth and enjoyable while stay in..

The house was very cozy, private & clean..i had some difficulty to open the key door😅 maybe you can check on that..overall it was superb,all resources i need is there,..chnnel tv , wifi, all Amenities is splendid..i was surprised this area near with “lorong belakang” night market..it was strategic place by walking there n the vibe is best.i definitely will come again😇😇
