Wonderful Community Home Close to Famous Beaches

Fantastic stay for our first time on big island. Keoni’s place was awesome. Updated everything,Tons of space, ac was great. Nice outdoor spaces for morning and evening. Also close 5-10 drive to shopping, grocery and restaurants. 15-20 minutes to best beaches on island. And honestly Spencer beach park was our favorite. 20 minutes, soft sand, small waves, tons of shade. Would stay at Keoni’s place again in a heartbeat. Mahalo for a great stay Keoni.

We really enjoyed our time in Hilo. Richard's house was a great space for our family. Definitely a chill, summer house vibe. It had everything we needed, and the view out the picture windows was stunning. We loved the huge tree in the front yard. We spent a lot of time at Richardson Beach. Snorkeling was really great. We would love to return.

The townhome is beautiful, so quiet. The neighbors were all really kind and pleasant. The golf course employees were pleasant and helpful. Pool and Hot tub were great! The hosts were very responsive by text to my son who arrived several hours before we did. I did not fully comprehend that the twin bed was an under queen pull out. this was awkward with the mix of people and the queen bed in that room was kind of a day bed, so also, unusual in layout. Lots of bedding and the laundry machines are super convenient. So very clean and comfortable. Flock is Nene birds hung out in the greens every day. so cool! Oh the lovely tree provided perfect shade for the lanai as well as so many birds and critters to watch! We would absolutely stay again!

Jacklynn’s place was a piece of paradise! The bungalow was spotless clean and and nicely decorated. The garden is full of fruit trees and flower, very big and so peaceful. We loved the jungle trail! It was so beautiful and private! We also enjoyed the hot tub! Jacklynn was a perfect host: responsive, kind and always smiling. We felt immediately at home and our daughter loved her nice dog! She also recommended some local restaurant. We definitely recommend a stay at Jacklynn’s amazing place!

We loved our stay at the Fairways at Mauna Lani. The grounds were immacuately kept and we never had to worry about a thing. All of the items to use at the beach (cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, snorkels)were there and the pool is only a two minute walk away. We never had difficulty getting a spot at the pool for 4 of us. Everything was laid out for us and we had a preview of the guide that was left for us in the suite. It was very quiet in our unit and we felt like we had privacy but also were centrally located so that it wasn't a pain to get to anywhere else. Allyson was prompt to respond when we had any questions and was very accomodating. We would defintely recommend!

this was our second time stay with Patricia and it is our favorite place . you walk in the house and it feels like home. I have 2 young kids 2 and 4months and this place is perfect for them. my 2 year old can run around and I don't have to worry . the house is clean and very light feeling . they have everything you need in the kitchen and more.

Our stay in Waikoloa Village was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home. The thoughtful touch of a welcome fruit basket and a handwritten note truly set the tone for a warm, personalized experience. One of the absolute highlights was meeting the resident guest Sweetie the black cat, what a delightful addition to the stay! Sweetie brought such charm and joy to our visit, making the whole experience even more memorable. The location is perfect, peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we wanted to explore. But honestly, we could’ve stayed on the property the whole time and still felt like we were in paradise. The view from the master bedroom’s balcony was absolutely breathtaking, waking up to that each morning was a dream come true. We can’t recommend this place enough. Every little detail was perfect. We left relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Great place! 10/10, highly recommend! The condo looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean, modern, nicely decorated but minimal, and had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. The complex was quiet and felt very safe. The location was great. Having the air conditioner in the bedroom was so nice for a comfortable sleep and it was completely quiet. Both fans worked wonderfully and were silent. Overall, we had an amazing stay and we would definitely stay again. The only things that would make it better would be a TV in the bedroom and maybe a coffee table in front of the sofa. :)

Mahalo Daryl: We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable. We wanted to bring to your attention the faucet in the shower is very loose, you may want to check on that. Also the main door they punched in the code and for some reason it didn't want to open. Eventually it did. I don't know if it runs on batteries but just wanted to share. Thanks have a wonderful week. Julia's airbnb was the best i have ever stayed at. I liked how her direction and instructions are clear and concise before arriving The home is basically brand new from the kitchen, to the living room, to the bathroom, to the bedroom. It is fully equipped in the kitchen and each room has a heater. It was nice to open the windows all throughout the home to hear the wind blowing through the trees and hear the birds chirping. It is very conducive for those that want to escape the city and meditate in nature. -Also, once inside you can tell the owners invested a lot of time and work into creating a modern and convenient home while still being thoughtful of those that stay there. Plus, the washer n dryer are always a big plus along with detergent and fabric softener. To Julia and her team, Thank you very much for a pleasant and peaceful stay and I hope to return again. 😊🙏✌️

Radu’s home was great. Tons of space and lots of extras like games, sports gear, and water gear as well. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of space for our group of 8. Would definitely love to stay here on our next trip to the big island!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place. Everything matched what was in the photos and description. The condo was very modern and the individual AC units in each of the rooms were awesome and made all the difference in overall comfort. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The overall location was great with the essential amenities nearby. Sean sent out clear instructions for check in and was in constant communication throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay here again.

Lucky to grab this location for a few days. Accommodations were great for three parties of folks. Especially great one couple could bring their dog. Unfortunately, we missed the volcano eruptions, which started the day we checked out for home. They seemed to have everything you might need and super cozy, including the reclining couch sections were comfortable enough to sleep in!!

the location, close to downtown, was perfect. the house and grounds were immaculate. kitchen had everything you would need to self cater. there were many options outside for lounging. note the directions to 64 instead of the address, 66. and note the email for using the punch code on the door knob in lieu of the app which references the lock box.
