The cabin is safely located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is ideal for families looking to combine comfort with authentic nature experiences. The Night of Shadows – the hike you simply have to experience Spectacular views across the entire Nissedal valley Varied walk – suitable for older children and adults alike. This is the trip that many guests highlight as the highlight.

Note: Electricity consumption is extra. Great cabin for one or two families. The cabin is located with a great view over the entire Gautefall. All facilities to make the holiday a pleasure. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over two floors. Hot tub on the terrace, overlooking the view, and sauna. Complete kitchen and dining room with room for 11. Outside you are right out in great nature, with ski slopes or the world's most beautiful bike terrain. Plenty of fishing waters and beautiful mountains and peaks. Fiber broadband!

Cabin with 3 bedrooms

Welcome to Kyrkjebygdheia and an idyllic cottage with lovely views close to the forest. Right outside the cabin wall is everything you need for both children and adults to be able to thrive when you are on vacation. Scenic surroundings, sunny and undisturbed plot and great views of Huvtjønn and Breilivann. Large veranda with superstructure, with outdoor furniture and fire pit. This is a family cabin used by us owners when it is not rented out and it is therefore only rented out to families and adult guests.

Spend your day hiking, playing, cycling or canoeing. If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. If your aim is to relax, then just light one of the fireplaces inside or outside and enjoy the changing landscape. Welcome!

Overlandsheia, Gautefall

Flott hytte på Gautefall leies ut til voksne ordensmennesker og barnefamilier. Hytta er fra 2022 og på ca 120kvm. Den har stor stue og kjøkken i et, gang, 2 bad med dusj, 4 soverom med dobbeltsenger og en loftstue med tv. Hytta er oppvarmet med strøm og i stua er det peis. Varmekabler på begge bad og i gang. Det er dyner og puter til 8 personer på hytta. Det er umiddelbar nærhet til flotte turområder og langrennsløyper på vinter. Det er 6 km til Gautefall skisenter med slalombakke.

Nyt god mat i godt selskap. Finn din hvilepuls og elsk det du har✨ Hytta er utstyrt med kjøkken ( 2 kokeplater, vask, kjøleskap og alt du trenger.) Kaffemaskinen står klar til bruk, sengene er redd opp og håndklær ligger klare. Flotte turmuligheter i skogen, på fjellet eller langs strendene ved Nisser.

Welcome to a comfortable and modern cabin with fantastic views of Lake Nisser and the surrounding mountains. The cabin is quietly and naturally located, perfect for relaxation all year round. Final cleaning is included. Well suited for couples, families or small groups. A short distance to the beach and swimming area. The area offers hiking trails, summit hikes, cycling, fishing and skiing, with about a 30-minute drive to Gautefall with alpine skiing and cross-country trails.

Vi inviterer deg til idylliske omgivelser mellom fjell og innsjø. Vår 30m2 Lyngebu-hytte ligger på Ånudsbuoddane hyttefelt,ved innsjøen Nisser i hjertet av Telemark (5 min til Treungen sentrum med flere butikker, 15 min til Gautefall skisenter, gangavstand til vann, fjellstier). Vi tilbyr også robåt, så området kan utforskes fra vannet. Her får du den beste utsikten over innsjø og fjell med all komfort for å nyte oppholdet! Du er hjertelig velkommen:) Vårt hjem er ditt hjem.

Modern cabin perfect for a trip with family or friends. Here you have everything you need on one floor. Gautefall, in lower Telemark, is only a short drive away from Kragerø and the Zoo in Kristiansand.

Velkommen til "Blåli"! Blåli er en moderne og lettstelt hytte til leie med nydelig utsikt over Nisser innsjø og fjellene rundt. Hytta er 50kvm og har 4+2 sengeplasser, hvorav 2 er på hemsen som enger seg best for barn. Det er i tillegg et lite anneks på 10kvm som har oppholdsrom med 2 sengeplasser.
