The house is located in the village of Banka, about 10 minutes from the spa centre, in a very quiet area near a forest. The apartment occupies the GROUND FLOOR of a FAMILY HOUSE, has a separate entrance, two bedrooms, 4 beds (+2 upstairs – see BUSINESS ACCOMMODATION), a living room, a large hallway, a fully equipped kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The area is about 110 m2. WiFi throughout the grounds. The accommodation is also suitable for patients undergoing treatment at Adela Medical Centre. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

Villa ZOBOR has an indoor swimming pool, a whirlpool, a Finnish and infrared sauna, where you can relax after cycling or hiking in the Nitra Hills. There is an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, terrace. In front of the house there is a pond with fish, on the top of the property there are chickens that will lay fresh eggs for breakfast.
