Kaakilan Helmi is a high-class cottage completed in 2018. In the cottage, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, whether you're on vacation, on a business trip, or otherwise just passing by. The cottage is located about 40km west of the E75 road and on the way north we are about half way to Finland and the link to Haapajärvi does not extend your trip much. From the large windows and terrace of the cottage, the landscape opens directly to the lake from the living room, bedroom, and sauna. From the sauna, you'll dip right into the lake to cool off.

This atmospheric cottage for 6 people by the lake offers the perfect place to unwind in the midst of nature. Enjoy the warmth of the wood-fired outdoor sauna and wash in the traditional way with water heated by a masonry stove. The cottage also has a shower and toilet indoors. The modern cottage offers all the comforts, so our place is the perfect combination of tradition and modernity. Bed linen €15 per person (includes sheets and bath towel). Two double beds and two single beds. The cottage has a sauna heated by trees, there is a lot in connection with the lakeside sauna. A lot is included in the weekly rental price, on weekends for an additional price. Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher; the summer kitchen has a fireplace, a wood-burning stove and a gas hob for a wok.

A magnificent holiday home on the rugged shore of Lake Lestijärvi with a lake view. The vacation apartment is a modern and spacious unit. Wood sauna, indoor toilet, fireplace, large outdoor terrace with summer kitchen, gas grill. Boat with outboard motors are included in the amenities. The lake is shallow and sandy, where it is safe for children to swim. There is a small summer sauna near the beach, where you can warm up while swimming. There are swimming mats and summer games for children.

Pieni talo mukavuuksilla sekä pihasauna terassiin upotetulla paljulla. Pihasauna käytössä vapaasti, paljusta lisämaksu 40€ . Loppusiivous erikseen ostettavissa 20€.

In the cottage, there is a refurbished air-source heat pump, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, and a water heater for domestic hot water. Sauna, shower, and water toilet and fireplace room in the outbuilding. There is also a small patio outside as well as a firepit. The village of Lestijärvi is about 15km away, about 20km to Kinnula.
