The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

Small seaside house on the front lines with an exclusive view of the Ria de Pontevedra. Very quiet area where we can hardly hear the boats that go out and in which the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom at the top from which you can see the sea.
