Charming single-storey house located in the typical village of Le Vieil. You'll love the peace and quiet of the house and the 5-minute walk (400 m) to the pretty beaches of Mardi Gras and Le Vieil. The village centre and its shops are just a 3-minute walk away: supermarket with bakery, tobacconist's and newsagent's, restaurant, bar, Saturday market (from 8 July to 26 August). The centre of Noirmoutier can be reached in 8 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by bus (free service in summer).

There are two beds: A pull-out bed in single bed 90 x 200 and double bed position 180 x 200 One double bed 160 x 200 PLEASE NOTE: extra linens and towels!

The accommodation is located 50 m from the beach, close to all amenities (bar, restaurant, supermarket, tobacco, press, etc.), and a few meters from the fishing port and marina of L'Herbaudiere.

Située au centre du Vieil à Noirmoutier à 130 mètres de la plage et 80 mètres des commerces (supérette, restaurant, café, tabac presse). Nous ne fournissons pas draps, taies et serviettes de toilette, le poêle à bois n'est pas compris dans la location, ne pas l'utiliser, radiateurs électriques très efficaces à inertie fluide. Maison idéale pour 4 personnes.
