Located in the very hip area of Telliskivi surrounded by cute wooden buildings. It is walking distance to many restaurants and bars and social activities. It’s also short distance to bus and tram stops. The apartment is situated across the best pizza place in Estonia - Kaja Pizza. You do not need to worry about noise on street since it closes 7pm.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the views, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples with one kid and solo adventurers.

The apartment is in a 1951 Stalin era building with high ceilings and thick walls. The quiet 1-bedroom faces the garden with evening sunlight. Fully equipped kitchen, a monitor and keyboard for setting up a remote office. A nice sound system, guitar and a bike available for use.

You can take light folding chairs, blankets, and a picnic on the beach. In 3 minutes there is a new shopping complex with shops and restaurants.

The new building constructed in 2023 is a unique place located in the trendy Volta quarter. This brand new apartment is situated in one of the most trendy areas of the city, making it the perfect place for young professionals, couples, or solo travelers. Parking behind the building 8€ 24h. Same street Volta Padel. Smoking, parties, noise after 23:00 is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Fine for violation is 150€.

A tiny (28 m2) home accommodation near Tallinn

We are happy to offer home accomodation - our tiny guesthouse (28m2) with a big patio for rent to 2 adults + one kid. Pets are welcome as well! The house is suitable for them who like to spend a night in a village near forest, to hear the birds singing, instead of living in a hotel room. NB! This place is a home accommodation and the place is not suitable for parties (not allowed BBQ parties).
