Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

The house is a living space, so noises (e.g., woodworm) and visits from animals (e.g., ladybirds) are possible.

The bungalow for sole use is located directly at the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolute quiet/single location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the preserved building in the grassland. The beautiful village of Jaidhof with castle and relaxation pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The place Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you can take a boat trip.

The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, a Romanesque church, a Gothic Karner and lots of nature between the forest and wine-growing regions near Eggenburg.
