Rachel and her team are super helpful, friendly and responsive. The area is walkable to the mall (15 mins), restaurants and supermarkets. My husband and I wanted a quieter street away from the crowds, so this is perfect. The unit is clean and equipped with AC, which is important for Thai weather. Looking forward to staying here again!

The stay was nice and warm although the airbnb is a lot smaller in person compared to the pictures. The condo was conveniently placed next to the tram which was nice. The local markets are nigh although small. Staff in the building was impeccable and yoyo responded to every inquiry perfectly.

Sowohl vor unserer Ankunft als auch während des Check-ins nahm er sich viel Zeit, um uns alles Wichtige ausführlich zu erklären und die drei miteinander verbundenen Gebäude zu zeigen. Der Komplex bietet drei verschiedene Pools, einen Entspannungsraum mit einer großzügigen Regendusche, einen Whirlpool sowie einen Eisraum. Zudem gibt es einen privaten Kinoraum. Obwohl wir eine Stunde vor dem offiziellen Check-in ankamen, durften wir unser Gepäck bereits im Zimmer abstellen und uns direkt an den Pools entspannen, während das Zimmer noch gereinigt wurde. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The apartment is beautiful, located on the 25th floor with great views of the city. The pool and common areas were fantastic. Location wide, it is located in the Asok Rama 9 area, close to shopping centers and the new Jidda Fair location, very convenient!! Would recommend!

amazing, however please be aware of laws in the kingdom concerning air b n bs so that youre not blindsided...Gocce was very informative and was up front and knowledgeable about laws concerning condo rentals.. her place is amazing...phenomenal views

The house is very clean and jist as described in the listing. There is ample space for the 7 of us to lounge, enjoy full group meals and rest. The air-conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine all worked well and made us feel like staying at home. Gems and James were very helpful in fixing all the minor issues we encountered, from sending a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet, purchasing an additional hair dryer and toilet paper, bringing over a match for the kitchen stove, to helping check the shower heater & Netflix on the living room projector. The house is in a very inner area of Ekkamai so there was no noise pollution at all; just make sure to double confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations when booking Bolt / Grab because one road to the next is 3-5min drive. We visited right after the Songkran festival so it's the hottest time of the year - chose not to walk around at all!

Greatest homestay ever! The bedding is very comfortable and the decoration is very beautiful, the host is very nice. The host's Chinese is excellent!

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

Nous avons trouvé ce logement très agréable et très bien situé. Nam s’est montré réactif lorsque cela a été nécessaire. Ce logement est situé en plein Bangkok, donc les personnes sensibles aux bruits, prenez des bouchons.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Banthat Thong Road, where you’ll find amazing street food, cafes, and local shops. It's super convenient and ideal for exploring the area. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were excellent and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating—always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

คอนโดของคุณ Lalida มีความอบอุ่น เหมือนบ้าน อยู่แล้วมีความสุขมากค่ะ สะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสบายทุกอย่าง ทีวี 2 เครื่อง ซึ่งทำให้ฉันกับแฟนมีพื้นที่ส่วนตัวเป็นของกันและกัน เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว คู่รัก ที่ต้องการคอนโดที่มีพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ การเดินทางก็สะดวก อยู่ไม่ไกลจากรถไฟฟ้าและห้างเดอะมอลล์บางกะปิ แล้วจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

방콕의 현지 아파트를 즐기기에 최고의 숙소입니다. 아파트 단지 안의 커뮤니티 빌딩에 수영장과 카페, 편의점이 있습니다 저희는 이 카페에서 노트북 작업을 편하고 쉽게 할 수 있었습니다 단지 입구 상가에는 여러 음식점과 수퍼마켓이 있습니다 큰 수퍼마켓이 필요하면 macro food center 로 가면 됩니다 단지에서 bts 역까지 가는 밴이 오전에 운행합니다 저희는 단 기간의 방콕여행이 아니라서 아곳에서 일주일을 머물렀습니다 좋은 기억을 가지고 check out 했습니다

Mon séjour d’un mois chez BeeBee a été fabuleux! L’appartement fonctionnel, propre, bien décoré et parfaitement aménagé est dans un immeuble moderne, propre, sécurisé et parfaitement équipé! Le logement est à quelques pas du Métro, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. BeeBee a toujours été très réactive et m’a donné toutes les informations dont j’avais besoin. C’est un appartement que je recommande et où je pense retourner lors d’éventuels autres séjours à Bangkok!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im apartment und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Santi war sehr hilfsbereit und war die meiste Zeit sofort erreichbar. Unser Highlight war der Ausblick vom Pool und der Terrasse. Unser einziges Problem war, dass die Anbindung ans Stadtzentrum ein wenig schwierig war, dies kann aber auch selbstverschuldet sein. Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung vollkommen empfehlen !

Our stay at Toshiaki’s penthouse was nothing short of incredible! The view from the penthouse was absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was in pristine condition. Every detail was well-maintained, making it a truly luxurious experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. We would love to return in the future!

Great space, had everything you need. Nice rooftop pool, with space to sit and relax. Very secure building. Close to BTS and loads of very cool local restaurants. Host was very attentive. It was perfect for us.
