Beach House Kahakai is our brand new bungalow located only minutes from the beach, tulip fields and our local lake. Kahakai is Hawaiian and means beach and seashore. A name that matches perfectly with the surrounding area! Our mission is to let you fully enjoy your holiday and provide everything you need during your stay. Our brand new bungalow offers a cozy living room, 2 comfortable bedrooms, a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom, a private garden and a unique outdoor garden kitchen!

By the sea and beach and beautiful cities.

Our vacation home is 2 km from the beach and dunes. The first bulb fields can be found directly at the park (season April- April-early May, depending on the weather). The Keukenhof is 5 km away. 100 meters away is the Oosterduinse Meer, where you can relax and eat at one of the nice restaurants. It is located at Sollasi recreation park with both vacation and permanent residents. Places like Amsterdam, Haarlem, Delft, The Hague and Leiden can be reached within 15-30 minutes by car.

Welkom bij onze luxe chalet aan de waterpartij, perfect voor ontspannen en genieten. Omgeven door een groene omgeving met duinen, zee en strand, biedt deze plek een oase van rust en comfort. De gezellige en warme woonruimte zorgt voor een ultiem verblijf, waar je kunt ontspannen en genieten van de natuur en de mooie omgeving. Of je nu wilt ontspannen aan het water, wandelen door de duinen of genieten van de zee, deze chalet biedt alles voor een perfecte vakantie of weekendje weg.

Cozy basement in the bulb region, private entrance.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Cozy CU bungalow near beach, dunes and local lake!

Detached CU bungalow is located in the heart of the tulip region on the Oosterduin recreational lake and near the beach & dunes. Bungalow is nicely furnished and is surrounded by a sunny open garden. Because the bungalow is located on the Sollasi recreation park, there are plenty of facilities available (playgrounds, bicycle rental, etc.). A holiday for walking, cycling, city trips, golf, tennis, swimming, shopping, good food or just relaxing, everything is possible!

Cozy 2-room apartment in Noordwijkerhout

This stylish 2-room apartment is uniquely located. Only 3 kilometers from a beautiful beach (bordered by forests and dunes) and within walking distance of the friendly center of Noordwijkerhout, with a wide range of shops, restaurants and terraces. The apartment is located in the left wing of our spacious detached 1930s house, in a quiet street. Centrally located, close to Noordwijk (6 km), Zandvoort (10 km), Leiden (15 km), Haarlem (20 km) and Amsterdam (40 km)

Klein Langeveld

Klein Langeveld is located on the water with an unobstructed view over the bulb fields and within cycling distance of the dune and beach. There is a seating area furnished. There is a fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, double hob and crockery. The property features a wood-burning stove and additional heating. Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters (total area). French doors to the enclosed south-facing garden 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen (kitchenette) Available: Fridge with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Air fryer. 2-burner induction cooker. Nespresso coffee machine. Nice beds and pleasant (rain) shower Sink with storage drawers. PLEASE NOTE! The upper floor/sleeping area has no stair gate and we recommend not letting small children stay here.

Tiny house/summer house by the sea (400 m from the sea)

Our nice and cozy summer cottage is just 400 m from the boulevard with restaurants and the beach, you walk down the street and you are already at the lighthouse! The shopping street with shops, bakery, supermarket etc. is 500 m away, and forest and dunes 1 km away. It is a perfect base to enjoy nature (by bike) but it is also very central for a city visit to Leiden, The Hague, Amsterdam and Haarlem. Both in summer and winter, it is wonderful to stay here.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Vacation home within walking distance of the beach

Batters is a small, perfectly finished, holiday home in Noordwijk aan zee. During your stay, a relaxed vacation at the beach will no longer stand in the way. The beach, the boulevard, Beach clubs, shopping street and cozy restaurants within walking distance. "Batters" is Noordwijks for beach slippers. Therefore, let Batters be the starting point for wonderful walks along the beach or through the dune and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.
