Buiten op het dek heeft men een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Rondom de bungalow is er een grote, zonnige, tuin (200m2) met natuurlijke omheining. Er is een groot terras met een mooie overdekte pergola en in 2024 een nieuw groot klimtoestel gebouwd voor de kinderen! Het strand is 20 minuten wandelen. Het centrum van Noordwijk is op 3 km. Er is een gratis eigen parkeerplaats. Honden zijn toegestaan, maximaal 2.
