The Studio is a Bright, clean, airy and stylishly decorated 1 bedroom studio apartment on the lower level of our home, ideal for couples, (sorry not child friendly). You will have a kitchenette, large corner chaise lounge, pillow-topped queen size bed, romantic candlelit bedroom, Reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI, Large Smart Screen TV with Chromecast streaming device for watching Netflix, Stan or whatever platform you use. Private BBQ area with small BBQ.

Lie back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Cathedral windows looking out onto native sclerophyll and rainforest with its unique birds and wildlife. Outdoor 3 person spa with aromatherapy and esky for champagne. Woodburning stove for cosy winter nights. 5 mins from the Bruce Highway exit at Eumundi makes it an easy drive from Brisbane, and only 5 mins from Eumundi and Yandina markets. 20 minutes to Noosa. Perfect weekend break.

Garden Bungalow located on Sunshine Coast .Walk to beach, park, cafes. 5 mins drive from airport and supermarket. Walk to public transport. The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.

Guest house (1 bed), walk to beach

This fresh & spacious 1 bedroom (1 x Queen bed) guesthouse is nestled behind Alexandra Headlands. The beach is in easy proximity, along with eateries, transport & shops all only a short stroll away. It is an active, friendly neighbourhood, the perfect place to unwind & relax close to all the coast has to offer. The unit is next door to the main house with a separate entry.

Private, modern and spacious, with unlimited WiFi, Netflix. Air-conditioned self contained 1 bedroom guest suite, with its own separate entrance. The accommodation is on the lower level of our home, right next to the pool. Only 20 min walk to Noosa Main Beach & Noosa National Park 10 min walk. Not suitable for anyone who has a problem with stairs or other mobility issues.
