This unique space has its own style. Lovers of comfort and mountains will truly be appreciated, as on one side from the balcony and bathroom from the 10th floor there is a gorgeous view of Mount Aragats , and on the other side - Komitas Avenue. The building is equipped with an elevator. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for relaxation, and there is a small work area in the bedroom, which will allow you to combine rest with work.

It is located 2 minutes away from the stop. A large Kaiser supermarket is across the street. There is everything you need for your stay - 3 secluded areas for comfort, silent air conditioner, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven. 2 separate beds in different rooms, if necessary, you can also add a sleeping place in the living room. A taxi ride to the city center takes 13-20 minutes (depending on traffic, the cost is 1000-1800).
